Squid and cucumber salad

Diet, vitamin and very healthy salad, which perfectly combines squid and fresh cucumber. It will certainly decorate with itself not only an ordinary lunch or dinner, but also any festive feast.

  1. I use frozen squid rings. We defrost them and put them in boiling salted water for 2 minutes.
  2. Then heat the pan well with a spoonful of olive oil and fry the squid rings for a minute on each side. You can add chopped garlic cloves to the skillet.
  3. Rinse the lettuce leaves thoroughly and dry them as much as possible. I have a mix of salads, the leaves are small. if you have large ones, tear them with your hands. Put the salad on a plate.
  4. Cut the cucumber into rings and put on the salad. Salt lightly.
  5. We spread the squid rings on the cucumber.
  6. Add the chopped cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with fragrant dry herbs, pour with lemon juice and oil.
