  1. Chop the cabbage finely with a sharp knife or food processor.
  2. Place a large skillet over medium to high heat. Melt 50-60 grams of butter on it and fry the cabbage. Make sure the cabbage is soft, but not darkened.
  3. Add spices and vinegar to the cabbage. Fry it for a few minutes, stirring constantly, and then transfer to a bowl.
  4. Melt the remaining butter in the same skillet. Add garlic, ginger and red pepper and sauté for a few minutes.
  5. Add the minced meat and fry the mixture until the meat is browned and almost all the liquid has boiled away. Reduce heat.
  6. Add chopped green onions and cabbage to the meat. Stir the mixture until it is smooth and evenly heated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle sesame oil over the dish before serving.
  7. Make a mayonnaise and wasabi mixture. To do this, add a little wasabi to mayonnaise and taste it. Add more wasabi if necessary. Serve while still warm, garnish with wasabi mayonnaise on top.
