A very beautiful dish for the holiday table. It requires some effort and time, but the result will definitely please you and your guests!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly, dry it, trying not to damage the integrity.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, pepper and dried ginger.
  3. Marinade carefully rub the chicken and leave for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Boil the rice until half cooked, drain through a colander.
  5. In rice, you can add finely chopped and fried with onions chicken hearts, livers. A mixture of turmeric, pepper and herbs also goes well with rice.
  6. Stuff the chicken with prepared rice. We lay the filling not very tightly, so in the process of baking the rice will increase in size.
  7. Now carefully and accurately, once again without piercing the skin, we sew up the chicken. It is better to use the so-called shoe needle (the largest needle in the set!)
  8. Place the chicken in a roasting bag. If the marinade remains, you can simply pour it into the bag, or you can grate the chicken again.
  9. We carefully tie the ends of the package.
  10. We send the chicken to the preheated oven.
  11. When the bag, under the influence of heat in the oven, inflates to a critical state, it must be carefully pierced in several places.
  12. Roast the chicken until done. This process will take at least 1 hour.
  13. When the chicken is well browned, we take it out of the oven, cool slightly and take it out of the bag. We remove the threads.
  14. Serve the chicken on a large serving platter surrounded by herbs and fresh vegetables.
  15. The head of the family or the most honored guest cuts the chicken, taking into account the wishes of everyone. And do not forget about the rice inside the chicken - it was soaked in juices and became tender and very tasty! Everyone should get at least a spoonful!
  16. Bon appetit!
