  1. Drive two eggs into a bowl, add sugar, salt, baking powder.

  5. Pour 2 tbsp into the dough. tablespoons of vegetable oil and stir. Put a skillet on the fire. Warm it up well. Pour in some vegetable oil. Now pour in a portion for one pancake and fry on both sides. Add vegetable oil as needed when frying subsequent pancakes.
  6. We get delicious, ruddy pancakes. I got 12 pieces.
  7. Serve with sour cream or jam.
