Drive two eggs into a bowl, add sugar, salt, baking powder.
Beat the mixture until fluffy.
Pour in milk and whisk again.
Grind the oatmeal to dust in a coffee grinder. Mix oat flour with wheat flour and add them to the dough. Knead to a homogeneous dough.
Pour 2 tbsp into the dough. tablespoons of vegetable oil and stir. Put a skillet on the fire. Warm it up well. Pour in some vegetable oil. Now pour in a portion for one pancake and fry on both sides. Add vegetable oil as needed when frying subsequent pancakes.
We get delicious, ruddy pancakes. I got 12 pieces.
Serve with sour cream or jam.
