Tomato and mushroom salad

Recently I discovered a very sophisticated, but at the same time simple recipe for salad with tomatoes and mushrooms. Served warm with asparagus and balsamic. Delicious, spicy and beautiful! And it's also useful

  1. Defrost the mushrooms (I took the white ones) and fry in oil until tender. You can add a little salt.
  2. We take out the mushrooms, and fry the asparagus in the same oil for 5-7 minutes, so that it becomes softer, but still crunches a little.
  3. And now we put all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Pass the garlic through a press, cut the onion in half rings, and cut the tomatoes into halves.
  4. Salt, pepper and add balsamic to taste. Salad ready!
