Believe it or not, this incredibly beautiful dish takes only 10 minutes to cook in a pan. This delicate and juicy omelet with a rich tomato flavor is based on quite affordable and familiar products. Prepare it for breakfast, it will be hearty and tasty.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We break the eggs into a blender bowl. Add flour, turmeric and paprika. Beat until smooth for about 30 seconds.
  2. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and cut into arbitrary pieces. Pour the beaten egg mass into a deep bowl, and put the tomatoes in a blender.
  3. Add mayonnaise to pieces of peeled tomato and beat until smooth.
  4. We send the whipped tomato mass into a bowl with the egg mass. Add chopped dill (leave 1 branch for serving) and basil. Mix well.
  5. Pour the tomato omelet mass into a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  6. Then remove the cover and turn off the heating. During cooking, the omelet rises and increases slightly in size, but then falls off a little - this is normal.
  7. Serve the finished tomato omelet to the table, garnished with dill sprigs. Bon Appetit!
