  1. Boil the shrimps until tender, peel.
  2. For dressing in a bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, pass the garlic through a press. Stir. You can add a pinch of salt and pepper if needed.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings.
  4. Chop the tomatoes at random.
  5. In a large salad bowl, combine: tomatoes, shrimps and onions. Drizzle with dressing, stir. Sprinkle with peanuts and herbs. Bon Appetit!
