Tuna and avocado salad

I love tuna in any form, and salad with tuna and avocado is just a divine combination of products, only the thought of which is already drooling on the keyboard. Fantastic salad.

  1. Peel the ripe avocado. Mash the avocado puree with a fork, but not to a puree consistency, but lightly.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the avocado, add finely chopped cilantro, salt and pepper. We also add pine nuts to this.
  3. Mix well and put on a plate - this will be the first layer of our salad.
  4. Peel the tomatoes, salt and pepper, add a little chopped cilantro. Stir, let the liquid drain.
  5. Place the tomatoes on top of the first layer.
  6. Lightly knead the canned tuna with a fork and spread over the tomatoes. Salad ready!
