  3. Preheat the pan (do not grease the grill pan with oil). Remove the pieces of garlic from the steaks and transfer them to the pan. Fry for two to four minutes, on both sides. Then put the steaks on a plate and cover with a lid.
  4. Let's prepare vegetables. We wash the peppers and tomatoes, dry them. Cut the tomatoes into eights or quarters. Cut the peppers in half, cut into thin strips. In a frying pan, in oil, quickly fry vegetables.
  5. Put the vegetables on a plate, salt and add fresh herbs. Put the steak next to the vegetables.
