  1. Wash the turkey and place in a saucepan. Fill with water.
  2. Put the saucepan on the stove, bring the water and meat to a boil, then reduce the heat and remove the foam. Cook the turkey on the lowest heat until tender.
  3. Peel, wash and finely chop onions and carrots. Place in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  4. Pour in sunflower oil and simmer vegetables over low heat for 7-8 minutes, stirring.
  5. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes, place in a saucepan with onions and carrots. Pour the strained turkey broth over the vegetables. Cook the soup until the vegetables are done.
  6. Add short noodles, season with salt to taste and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Add chopped dill to the finished soup.
