Turkey soufflé in a slow cooker

An appetizing, airy and delicate soufflé will appeal to everyone. Any meat is certainly suitable for making soufflé, but it is especially tasty from turkey.

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Transfer the minced meat to a deep bowl. Add sour cream and egg yolk.
  3. Punch the finished minced meat with a blender until smooth.
  4. Add the coarsely grated onion, chopped fresh herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix everything well. Whisk the protein separately with a pinch of salt until crisp peaks and add to the minced meat.
  6. Gently mix everything from bottom to top and put the minced meat in silicone molds. I have regular muffin tins.
  7. Place the tins in a steaming container and steam for 40 minutes. Turkey soufflé in a slow cooker is ready.
