I make turkey zrazy stuffed with cheese, onions and a boiled egg. Ground turkey goes well with these foods. Try it. Very delicate and tasty zrazy.

  1. Make the mince first. Pour milk into slices of bread, let soften a little. Then mix the softened loaf with the minced turkey and finely chopped onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then make the filling. Boil hard boiled eggs. Cool it down. Cut eggs and cheese into small pieces. Chop the greens finely. Mix everything with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
