The fat-rich, chocolatey nutty fudge is made from two ingredients, keeps well and is great for dessert.

  1. Line a 10 x 20 cm baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the almond butter and chocolate in a steam bath over medium heat. Stir constantly with a spatula until the mixture is completely smooth and evenly mixed.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into a parchment-lined dish. Use a spatula to smooth out the chocolate and spread it evenly over the entire mold.
  4. Place the fondant mold in the freezer for about 1 hour until the fondant hardens.
  5. Take out the fondant, wait a few minutes for it to soften. Cut the squares by 2.5 cm. You should get 18 squares.
  6. Store leftover fudge in a closed container in the refrigerator.
