This keto salad with chicken breast, avocado and mayonnaise is an easy-to-prepare dish that's perfect for your low-carb diet.

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt on all sides.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in half a serving of olive oil and fry the chicken breasts for 4 minutes on each side.
  3. Pour water into the pan and close the tight-fitting lid. Simmer the breasts for 3-5 minutes, or until the water has boiled away.
  4. Place the toasted breasts from the pan and cut into small pieces. Let the meat cool before adding it to the salad.
  5. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients in the salad thoroughly.
  6. Salt the salad to your liking.
