A simple dish with a minimum of ingredients - so beloved by many scrambled eggs and cheese.

  1. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. We spread the grated cheese and gently level it to make a "pancake".
  3. Break the egg in the center of the "cheese pancake" and reduce the heat to a minimum.
  4. Salt and pepper. Fry eggs and cheese over low heat for about 3-5 minutes, until the protein is fully cooked and the desired degree of yolk readiness. The main thing is not to overexpose - the cheese under the scrambled eggs should melt, and not burn. If desired, the dish can be cooked under the lid for the first couple of minutes.
