A warm salad with chicken, peppers and vegetables will completely replace a full meal. The combination of meat and vegetables is very successful for a full meal. Juicy tomatoes, fried chicken fillet and sweet peppers make the salad juicy, satisfying, appetizing and spicy.

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips, place in a deep plate, add soy sauce, ground black pepper and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Fry the marinated chicken fillet in olive oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes on each side. While the fillet is being fried, cut the sweet pepper into arbitrary pieces and fry it in the oil remaining after frying the fillet for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. We begin to form a salad. Wash and dry lettuce leaves, put them on a flat dish. Cut the tomatoes into slices, if you use cherry tomatoes, just cut them in half, put the tomatoes on top of the lettuce leaves and lightly salt. Arrange the roasted bell peppers on top of the tomatoes. Lay the warm chicken pieces on top of the vegetables.
  4. Drizzle the salad with olive oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve warm.
