Homemade yogurt is an incredibly healthy and tasty product, and the easiest way to make it is, of course, in a multicooker. Our recipe will help you make yoghurt at home.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil and cool milk to 37-40 degrees. The milk should be warm, but not hot.
  2. Add starter culture - natural yogurt - to the yoghurt and mix thoroughly.
  3. Take glass jars or glasses of the same size, wash them well. Pour the mixture into jars.
  4. Place a napkin or small towel at the bottom of the multicooker. Arrange the jars on a napkin. Pour water into the multicooker bowl. Please note that the water should cover the jars by about three-quarters (no higher than the neck).
  5. On the multicooker select the "Heating" / "Yogurt" / "Keeping the dish hot" program, the program time is an hour and a half. Check the consistency of the yogurt from time to time. When the mixture thickens, turn off the multicooker and leave the yogurt in it for another hour. Then transfer the yogurt to the refrigerator. When the yoghurt has cooled, it can be served. Bon Appetit!
