A very original and interesting dish. In general, everything is familiar, but the filling for zraz is made from squid. It turns out very tasty and rich. The dish is suitable for a festive table or for every day.

  1. Boil the potatoes in their uniforms in salted water for about 20-25 minutes.
  2. Chop the cabbage and fry in butter with one chopped onion. Fry until golden brown.
  3. Fry the defrosted squid with the remaining chopped onion for about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Peel and cool the potatoes. Puree and mix with egg, flour and spices.
  5. We form zrazy. We make small cakes from potatoes, put the filling of cabbage, squid and onions in the center.
  6. Fill up the edges and make oblong zrazy patties.
  7. Then fry them in butter until a beautiful golden brown.
