In the season of zucchini we prepare dishes from them. Today we have them stuffed with minced chicken in a slow cooker with sour cream, carrot and onion sauce. The dish is tasty, tender and healthy.

  1. Peel and wash carrots and onions. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Place in a frying pan and pour in refined sunflower oil. Simmer vegetables, stirring for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder, pre-wash.
  3. Place half of the stewed vegetables (carrots and onions) in a bowl of minced chicken. Add the breadcrumbs.
  4. Salt minced meat to taste and stir. If it is dry, add a little sour cream, mayonnaise or broth as well.
  5. Wash and peel the zucchini. Young ones do not need to be cleaned. Cut into 3-4 pieces. Remove seeds.
  6. Put the second part of stewed carrots with onions and sour cream in a multicooker bowl.
  7. Salt a little, pour 250-300 ml of water and stir.
  8. Fill prepared zucchini with cooked minced meat and put in a multicooker bowl.
  9. Turn on the "Stew" mode and cook the stuffed zucchini for 50-60 minutes.
