  2. Grate the chocolate, place in a saucepan, add butter, Demerara brown sugar and milk. Put on medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is completely homogeneous. Remove from heat.
  3. Allow to cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time, stirring the mixture until smooth after adding each. Add sifted flour, cinnamon and cranberries. Mix.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cover a baking sheet with high sides with parchment. Put half of the resulting dough, sprinkle with pistachios.
  5. Top with the remaining dough. Smooth the surface, place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack. Cut into squares. Sprinkle brown sugar crystals over the surface of the biscuits.
