The idea to make such a cookie came up suddenly, in fact I was preparing another one, but it did not quite work out. And since the oven was already hot, and it took about 7 minutes to mix all the ingredients, I did everything by eye. And it turned out really tasty, because there was inspiration.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We turn on the oven at 180 ° C.
  2. Using a mixer, mix flour, amaranth, flax seeds and oil.
  3. Add the egg and syrup.
  4. Grind the walnut (I do it in a mortar), add it to the dough and mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Roll the dough into a ball and then roll it out (up to about 0.5 mm) with a rolling pin on a floured surface.
  6. Then, using a round mold or glass, we make cookies.
  7. And we send it to the oven for 20 minutes (check after 10 minutes, the ovens are different, the cookies may burn).
  8. We take out the cookies, let stand for 10 minutes and you're done!
