  1. Stir the butter and sugar well. And add the yolks.
  2. Add flour to the mixture and mix the cookie dough thoroughly
  3. Add flour, stir. Put on the table and mix well.
  4. Color a piece of cookie dough and refrigerate
  5. Divide the finished dough. Leave 1/3 part white, divide the rest of the dough into 5 parts. And paint each one. Wrap in plastic and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  6. Roll out dyed cookie dough
  7. Roll the colored dough pieces into layers. The thickness of the layers should be such that by adding all the layers to obtain the height of the cutting form. I'll show you below.
  8. Glue the layers of colored dough together with a mixture of protein and water
  9. Take protein, add 1 tsp there. water and stir. Grease each layer with protein. Stack on top of each other. And this is where height is important. Wrap in plastic and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.

  11. Remove the colored layer from the freezer. Cut into strips the width of your cutout mold.
  12. Cut hearts out of colored dough using a cookie cutter
  13. Cut out the hearts.
  14. Glue the blanks together using protein
  15. Glue the hearts together with a protein.
  16. Wrap the blank in white cookie dough
  17. Now gently cover the glued hearts with white dough. And shape the sausages.
  18. Cover the workpiece with confectionery dressing and cool
  19. Roll in sprinkles and remove from freezer for 40 minutes.
  20. Cut a cookie cutter, place on a baking sheet and bake until tender
  21. Remove from the freezer, quickly cut into 1 cm thick pieces. Put on a baking sheet lined with paper. If the dough is not heated in the oven. If warmed up, it is better to put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Bake at 170 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Up to light brown color.
