Ingredients

• flour 200 g
• cold butter 100 g
• sugar 50 g
• baking powder 1 tsp
• salt 1 pinch (s)
• chicken egg 1 pc.
• lemon zest 1 pc.
• freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tbsp
• lemon jam 50 g

Directions

1. Grind the butter with flour, baking powder and salt in a blender into crumbs.
2. Beat the egg with sugar until light fluffy consistency and add to the butter crumbs together with the zest. Pour lemon juice here and quickly knead the dough.
3. Pinch off a piece from the finished dough, form a ball and put it on a baking sheet. Press in the center and spread the jam into the resulting hole.
4. We bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 ° C.
