  4. Cut red fish and fry in olive oil until golden brown, lightly salt and pepper.
  5. Peel the shrimp, cut the onion into half rings, chop the hot pepper.
  6. Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a ladle (finely chop the vegetables) and boil for 30-40 minutes. Salt and pepper - to taste.
  7. Cover the dough with sauce.
  8. Spread a small amount of cheese on top of the sauce.
  9. Then lay out the filling: fish, shrimp, hot peppers, onions, some greens.
  10. Sprinkle the filling with cheese.
