Donuts are similar to our donuts, but they are more airy, softer and covered with multi-colored icing. We covered them with chocolate, it was very tasty.

  14. With a culinary ring or any round shape, with a diameter of not more than 9 cm, cut out circles. Then cut out the middle with a piping bag or bottle cap.
  15. Prepare a baking sheet and cover with parchment paper. Using a wooden spatula, we shift the donut blanks there and leave to rise.
  16. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it up quite a bit. (It's best to heat up the oil, then turn off the heat, wait 5 minutes, and then add the donuts to adjust to the temperature where they won't burn.)
  17. We send 4 donuts to the pan and wait until they are golden on one side. (The butter won't sizzle too much, but that's fine. This will give you a white line down the middle of the donut.)
  18. Turn over and continue frying. On the other hand, the donut will brown faster.
