Anzac is a sweet oatmeal cookie popular in Australia and New Zealand. It is made from oatmeal, flour, coconut, sugar, butter, molasses, soda and boiled water.

  1. Melt butter and molasses (or honey) in a saucepan. Stir until smooth. Pour 2 tablespoons into a cup. boiling water and extinguish soda in it. Add the mixture to the oil syrup.
  2. Toss sugar, cereal, coconut and flour in a large bowl. Pour in the oil syrup, stir well to make a dough.
  3. With a dessert spoon, place the slides of dough at a great distance from each other on baking sheets (cookies increase in diameter during the baking process).
  4. Bake at 180 degrees. 8-10 minutes: The items will rise and turn golden. Transfer them to cool on a wire rack.
