  1. First, mash the bananas.
  2. Add sugar and mix everything.
  3. Roll the pistachios with a rolling pin so that they are chopped.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, soda and all spices except cardamom.
  5. In another bowl, mix 2 eggs and melted butter. Also add orange zest to it.
  6. We combine liquid and bulk ingredients and bananas. We mix everything. Let's add nuts to it. And a couple of drops of almond essence.
  7. Remove the seeds from the cardamom and crush them. Then add to the dough.
  8. Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with flour. Shake out excess flour and pour in the dough. Then put the banana bread to bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees.
  9. Take the bread out of the mold and slice. Serve banana bread with jam for tea.
