Recipe for a juicy homemade cake with bananas, apples and nuts. Due to the addition of spicy spices, banana cake turns out to be very fragrant.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sift flour and mix with ground spices, salt and baking powder.
  2. In a separate bowl, using a whisk, rub soft butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. (In my opinion, stronger spices overpower the vanilla flavor, so vanilla sugar can be omitted if desired.)
  3. Add all the eggs one at a time to the butter grated with sugar, mixing with a whisk each time.
  4. Then add the mashed banana pulp.
  5. Pour flour with baking powder and spices to the already connected components. Knead sticky dough.
  6. Turn on the oven and heat up.
  7. Peeled apples cut into small cubes. We dry the walnut kernels for a couple of minutes in a pan or in the oven, then chop coarsely. Add apples and nuts to the dough and mix again.
  8. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle lightly with flour. Put the dough into a mold. We bake a banana muffin with apples and nuts in a preheated oven at a temperature of 170-180 degrees for about 60 minutes.
  9. To check readiness, pierce the cake with a long skewer - it should come out dry.
  10. Cool the finished cake in the form.
  11. While the banana cake is cooling, prepare the frosting by mixing icing sugar with lemon or lime juice.
  12. Invert the cooled cake onto a plate, remove the mold and decorate. We serve a soft and fragrant cupcake with bananas, apples and nuts to the table, cut into portions.
  13. Bon appetit!
