Microwaved oatmeal cake with banana and honey is a great option for those who want to treat themselves to something delicious for tea or make a quick breakfast. This cupcake in a mug has some pluses - it is prepared literally in a matter of minutes, the ingredients are simple and accessible, and the magical taste and aroma of the cupcake is remembered for a long time.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Transfer the honey to a large bowl. If the honey is candied, it can be melted in the microwave at a power of 500-600 watts. Every 20-30 seconds, honey should be taken out of the microwave and mixed. Do this until it reaches the desired consistency.
  2. Add the egg white to the honey and beat with a fork until foamy.
  3. Now add oatmeal, baking powder and ground cinnamon to the honey-protein mixture.
  4. Stir.
  5. Cut the banana into slices and transfer to a cup, leaving 3 slices to decorate the finished cupcake.
  6. Gently mix in the banana slices.
  7. Cook the cake in the microwave, directly in the cup, at 800 W for 4 minutes.
  8. Decorate the finished oatmeal cake with banana slices.
  9. Serve with cream or sour cream.
  10. Bon appetit!
