Beetroot Rice Cakes

These colorful and original cupcakes are made from dough based on beetroot puree and boiled rice.

  1. To prepare beet-rice cakes, first boil the rice and prepare the beetroot puree: wash the beets, add water, cook for 40-60 minutes, then cool, peel and puree with a blender.
  2. Pour in the cream.
  3. Add sugar.
  4. Add salt.
  5. Pour in boiled rice. Mix.
  6. Beat eggs.
  7. Melt the butter, add it to the dough.
  8. Add flour and baking powder.
  9. Mix beetroot-rice dough until smooth.
  10. Turn on the oven. Bake beet-rice muffins for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 degrees.
  11. Beetroot muffins with rice are ready!
