These delicious and convenient mini-pizzas can be prepared for a small company, taken with you on the road, to work, on a hike, etc. Delicious food for any occasion.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To prepare the dough, mix the egg, softened butter and sour cream until smooth. Add the baking powder and sifted flour and knead a soft and elastic dough. Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes and start preparing the toppings for mini pizzas.
  2. To prepare it, we cut the sausage into strips, three cheese on a coarse grater, cut cherry tomatoes into circles and finely chop the dill.
  3. We roll out the rested dough with a thickness of 0.5 cm and squeeze out a circle with a glass (from this amount of dough I got 8 bases for mini-pizzas), send the bases to a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  4. We put the filling on the bases: mayonnaise, sausage, a little cheese, tomatoes, cheese. We send mini-pizzas to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the finished mini-pizzas on top with chopped dill, let cool slightly and serve.
  5. Mini pizzas are ready! Bon appetit!
