Then collect the flour in a hill and in the center of the hill make a recess from the flour, pour olive oil into it and add salt. Rinse broccoli thoroughly, dry and disassemble into inflorescences. Then boil the broccoli in boiling salted water. Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly, dry, remove the stalk and cut into circles.
Rinse the chicken breast thoroughly, dry it and cut into medium cubes. Then boil the chicken fillet in boiling salted water until fully cooked. I cooked with boiled meat and with raw (raw pizza turns out juicier), but it's up to you.
Peel the red onion, wash, dry and cut into thin rings. Then cut the onion rings in half to make half rings.
Roll out the pizza dough on the table in the form of a thin round pancake. Place grated mozzarella cheese on one half of the dough. Put broccoli on top of the cheese, top with tomatoes, red onion, chicken fillet and Peperoni sausage. All ingredients should be laid out in layers on top of each other.
Then close the pizza like an envelope, i.e. with one half of the dough, on which the products were not laid out, cover the second half of the stuffed pizza. You should get a semi-circle similar to a pie. Seal the edges of the pizza with your hands so that the pizza does not open. Top pizza Calzone with tomato sauce for pizza.
Bake pizza in a special pizza oven at a temperature of 400 degrees, until fully cooked. (I baked pizza in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees)
Put the finished pizza on a plate. Brush the edges of the pizza with olive oil.
