Very interesting and unusual bread

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Knead the dough from water, yeast, flour, salt, sugar and butter.
  2. Divide the dough into two parts.
  3. Add turmeric to one part (it took me 2-3 tablespoons) and knead thoroughly.
  4. Add sweet paprika to the other part and knead thoroughly.
  5. For the filling, grate cheese, add chopped garlic, add herbs if desired.
  6. Roll out the dough into strips and put the filling on them. Pinch the dough.
  7. Form two sausages with stuffing.
  8. Weave them together and twist into a circle.
  9. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and put the dough into it.
  10. Leave for 1 hour for proofing. I turned on the "Heating" mode for 20 minutes to warm up.
  11. Then bake for 60 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
  12. Remove the finished bread using the steaming tray.
  13. Cover the finished bread with a towel and let cool.
  14. Bon appetit!
