  1. Pour 100 grams of flour into a bowl (select from the total amount), add dry yeast.
  2. Pour in warm water and mix thoroughly.
  3. Combine the resulting mass with the remaining flour. Add salt, sugar and knead the dough.
  4. Cover bowl with cling film or towel and place in a warm place. Let it go up twice, after each rise, kneading it. The dough should double in size.
  5. When the dough rises for the third time, roll it into a rectangular layer.
  6. Spread the ham, corn and olives evenly on it.
  7. Roll up a dense roll from the dough with the filling, carefully pinching the edges.
  8. Place bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave for 40 minutes for proofing.
  9. Brush the surface with beaten egg.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Let the bread cool completely and serve.
