  4. Add 40 g of kefir to sour cream
  5. Adding an egg
  6. Add 60 g potato starch
  7. Add a heaping spoonful of flour and mix everything thoroughly.
  8. Add the resulting mixture to minced fish, add 75 g of grated cheese there
  9. And again mix everything thoroughly.
  10. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil
  11. Broccoli florets thawed and ready to use
  12. Ready and cheese - mozzarella balls
  13. We put the minced meat in molds at three-quarters of the height, put the broccoli and a ball of mozzarella
  14. Forms need to be taken less than mine, since a large amount of minced meat is poorly baked.
  15. We put the finished forms in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25 minutes
  16. We take out the finished cake, let it cool
  17. We take the cake out of the mold, put it on a plate and decorate.
