Cabbage muffins with sausage

Cabbage cupcakes with sausage. A quick and easy way to make savory snack cakes. This recipe is very similar to cabbage pie.

Ingredients

• Kefir - 4 tbsp. l.
• Eggs - 3 pcs.
• Flour - 3 tbsp. l.
• Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
• Soda - 1 tsp
• Cabbage - 250 g
• Sausage - 50 g

Directions

1. Shred the cabbage finely.
2. Cut the sausage into cubes.
3. Beat eggs, add salt
4. Add kefir, vegetable oil.
5. And flour and soda. Mix everything.
6. Add cabbage and sausage. Mix.
7. Put into moulds.
8. Bake cabbage muffins with sausage in a preheated oven until cooked at a temperature of 200 degrees.
