Cabbage pie with cheese

  1. Chop cabbage, add chopped onion and knead well with your hands.
  2. Melt the butter, add to the cabbage and mix.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, flour, sour cream.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour batter over cabbage. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix. Put in an oven preheated to 175 degrees, bake for about 45-50 minutes.
  6. Then take out the cabbage pie, sprinkle with an even layer of grated cheese, return to the oven and bake until the cheese layer is golden brown.
  7. Remove the finished cake from the oven, cool slightly and remove from the mold.
