Cabbage pie with minced meat - delicious, satisfying, easy to prepare and from budget affordable ingredients. What else do you need for a nice homemade lunch or dinner?

  1. Shred the cabbage, finely chop the onion. Fry the onion in vegetable oil, then add the cabbage and fry until half cooked. Cool down.
  2. Transfer the cabbage to a deep bowl, add eggs, minced meat, flour, salt, pepper, baking powder to it and mix.
  3. Add sour cream and mix. If the mass turned out to be very thick, then you can add more sour cream.
  4. Grease a baking dish (form diameter 22cm) with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina. Pour the cabbage mass into a mold and smooth it out.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown for 40-50 minutes. Then sprinkle the top of the pie with grated cheese and put it in the oven until the cheese is melted.
