Cake "Chocolate on boiling water" is a very tasty and easy-to-make cake.

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, add vegetable oil and beat a little more.
  3. Then add a little milk. We mix.
  4. We add the dry mixture in parts, alternating with the addition of milk. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. It turns out a thick dough.
  5. Pour in a glass of boiling water and mix until smooth.
  6. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it.
  7. Bake in baking mode for 40-50 minutes. Readiness to check with a wooden stick or toothpick.
  8. Remove the cake from the bowl using the steaming tray. Cool down.
  9. Cut the cake into 2-3 cakes and grease with any cream to your taste. I smeared it with sour cream whipped with sugar and put defrosted cherries between the cakes.
  10. Decorate the top of the cake as you wish.
