Cheese crackers

You can cut crackers with anything: ready-made molds, a glass or homemade fish molds.

Ingredients

  1. In a blender bowl, mix grated cheese, flour, diced butter, salt.
  2. Grind to a state of sand.
  3. Then add 2 tbsp. l. cold water and twist again with a blender.
  4. Blind the resulting cheese mass into a cake, wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. After an hour, take out the dough, roll out 0.5-0.7 cm thick.
  6. Carefully cut out the fish with a cookie cutter.
  7. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, put the fish on it at a short distance from each other.
  8. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Then take the pan out of the oven and let the crackers cool.
