Chocolate and cottage cheese pie

The cake is very soft, tender and moderately sweet.
It is very quick and easy to prepare, the ingredients are all simple and affordable.

  1. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and egg to cottage cheese.
  2. Grind the resulting mass with an immersion blender until smooth.
  3. Transfer the curd mass to a pastry bag with a round nozzle.
  4. To prepare chocolate dough, beat 3 eggs into a bowl, add salt, sugar and beat well with a blender or mixer.
  5. Gradually, without ceasing to beat, pour in vegetable oil, and then milk.
  6. Combine flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix.
  7. Combine wet mixture with sifted dry mixture and stir.
  8. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease with vegetable oil. The size of my form is 22 X 30 cm. Pour the chocolate dough into it and smooth it out.
  9. Using a pastry bag, spread the grate with the curd mass.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
