  9. Bake 60 minutes until toothpick is dry. Then turn off the oven and leave the cake in it for another 10 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven, let stand for 15 minutes. Then remove the cake from the mold, cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
