Recipe for the perfect chocolate cupcake! Very tasty, soft cake, with an amazing velvety texture and rich chocolate aroma. You will get all this in just 10 minutes, because such a chocolate muffin is being prepared in the microwave!

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl along with the baking powder.
  2. Pour cocoa powder into the sifted flour (I will not tire of repeating, always use high-quality cocoa!), Sugar and salt.
  3. Mix dry ingredients with a spoon or whisk.
  4. Add an egg to the mixture of dry ingredients, pour in milk and refined sunflower oil.
  5. With a whisk, quickly knead a homogeneous dough, similar in texture and color to melted chocolate.
  6. Divide the chocolate dough into cups, taking up no more than half the volume of each of them. The volume of the cup I use is 230 ml.
  7. Put the cups in the microwave. Cook chocolate cupcakes for 3 minutes at 800W.
  8. Chocolate muffins rise a lot during baking and do not fall off. Let the chocolate cupcakes cool. By the way, these chocolate muffins are also good warm.
  9. Serve chocolate muffins in cups. If desired, muffins can be poured with condensed milk, so they will be more juicy!
