Very chocolatey! And very tasty! Delicate, chocolate, fluffy muffins with a creamy cap. This recipe for chocolate muffins is quite simple, but they turn out so airy.

  1. Mix butter, milk, cocoa and sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil and let cool.
  3. For the cream, mix sour cream, cocoa, sugar and butter.
  4. Bring to a boil and let cool as well.
  5. Add eggs, baking powder and flour to the dough. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Add chocolate drops to the dough, mix.
  7. Lubricate the molds with vegetable oil, fill 2/3 with dough and bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  8. Take the muffins out of the molds and let them cool.
  9. Lubricate the cooled chocolate muffins with cream! Bon appetit!
