Chocolate Buttercream Roll - Delicious!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt and powdered sugar.
  2. Stir in egg yolks, flour and cocoa.
  3. Put the mass on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, level and bake for 12 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. Turn the finished biscuit onto a towel sprinkled with sugar. Moisten the paper with water and remove.
  5. Roll the biscuit with a towel into a roll.
  6. Whip cream into foam.
  7. In a separate bowl, grind the cottage cheese with powdered sugar.
  8. Combine cottage cheese with whipped cream.
  9. Unroll the biscuit, spread with cream and roll up again.
  10. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp cocoa powder.
  11. Chocolate roll can be served with jam.
