Chocolate Vanilla Cupcake with Icing

Fragrant two-color cupcake with cocoa and chocolate icing looks spectacular and has a rich taste. The dough is kneaded with yogurt. For glaze, two types of chocolate are used: black and white.

Ingredients

  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. Butter should be softened. We take it out of the refrigerator in advance.
  3. Beat softened butter with sugar.
  4. Add eggs and beat a little.
  5. Add the flour sifted with soda and a pinch of salt (1 cup with a capacity of 250 ml with a slide).
  6. We mix the dough.
  7. Add yogurt.
  8. Mix the dough again.
  9. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  10. Slowly add water to the cocoa powder and stir until there are no lumps.
  11. We set aside a third of the dough in a separate bowl and combine it with the chocolate mass, and mix vanillin into the main part of the dough.
  12. Mix the chocolate dough until smooth.
  13. Grease a cake tin with butter and spread half of the vanilla dough there.
  14. Next, lay out the chocolate dough.
  15. Pour vanilla batter on top again.
  16. We send the cake to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-55 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick - it should come out of the dough dry.
  17. We take out the finished cake from the oven and let it cool in the form.
  18. Take the cooled cake out of the mold.
  19. Ready for frosting.
  20. Melt white chocolate in a water bath. If necessary, add a little milk.
  21. Cover the top of the cake with white chocolate.
  22. Next, melt the dark chocolate in a water bath (in which we also add literally 1-2 tablespoons of milk, if necessary, so that the chocolate is more liquid and it is easier to apply it to the cake).
  23. Apply black chocolate on top of white chocolate.
  24. Chocolate and vanilla cupcake with icing is ready.
  25. Enjoy your meal!
