  1. Sift flour, baking powder, and starch into a bowl. Whisk butter softened at room temperature with cane sugar, add brandy, stir. Add the egg to the oil mixture, stir until smooth.
  2. Add flour mixture to the resulting mass and knead the dough, flour can be added if necessary. Place the resulting dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a 1 cm thick layer and cut out the cookies with a round cookie cutter. Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool it down.
