  1. Sift flour, baking powder, and starch into a bowl. Whisk butter softened at room temperature with cane sugar, add brandy, stir. Add the egg to the oil mixture, stir until smooth.
  2. Add flour mixture to the resulting mass and knead the dough, flour can be added if necessary. Place the resulting dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
