  9. Stir with a spatula. Curd dough for cupcakes is ready.
  10. Divide the batter into cupcake liners. I don't need to grease the silicone molds. It is better to grease other molds with butter.
  11. Rinse strawberries, dry, remove leaves. Put one berry in each mold, slightly sinking into the dough.
  12. Bake cottage cheese muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
