Homemade cakes from cottage cheese dough with jam filling are pastries that are prepared quickly and are always appropriate for any table. Cupcakes are soft, rise and bake well. What is even more interesting - no butter is added to the dough!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the Cheesecake Filled Cakes.
  2. As a filling, any jam or thick jam is suitable.
  3. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  4. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, pour in the kefir and pour in the soda.
  5. Grind cottage cheese with kefir with a spoon.
  6. Break the egg and add to the curd mass.
  7. Add sugar, soda, salt and vanilla.
  8. Mix the curd mass with a spoon until smooth.
  9. Then add the sifted flour.
  10. Stir. You should get a dough without lumps, the consistency is slightly thicker than dough for pancakes.
  11. Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling no more than half of each.
  12. Put 1 teaspoon of jam or thick jam on top of the dough.
  13. Spread the remaining pastry on top, covering the filling.
  14. I made 6 cupcakes, but the dough would have been enough for 8.
  15. Bake cottage cheese muffins with jam in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  16. Remove the finished cakes from the molds, transfer to a plate or wire rack and let cool.
  17. Serve cottage cheese muffins with jam for tea or with milk.
  18. Bon appetit!
