If quick sweet pastries are suddenly required for home tea drinking, muffins with cottage cheese are in a hurry to the rescue. The dough for these delicious and simple cottage cheese muffins is made from products that are always in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients for the cupcakes.
  2. The amount of sugar can be reduced, the cupcakes according to the recipe are very sweet.
  3. Butter can be replaced with margarine or refined vegetable oil, muffins will be a little different.
  4. If the curd is dry and lumpy, beat it with a blender.
  5. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  6. Melt butter. Combine eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar in a deep bowl. Beat everything until the sugar dissolves (if you beat with a mixer, it will take about 2 minutes).
  7. Add melted butter and cottage cheese. Whip it all up again.
  8. Sift flour and baking powder into egg mixture. Stir.
  9. The finished dough is thick, heavy drops fall from the spatula.
  10. If you're using silicone molds, you don't have to grease them. It is better to line forms from other material with parchment or paper capsules and grease with oil.
  11. Divide the dough into molds. I got 12 cupcakes.
  12. Send the molds to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the cupcakes for 30 minutes. Check readiness with a dry match by piercing the cupcake, if the match remains dry, the cupcakes are ready.
  13. Cool the cheesecakes on a wire rack.
  14. The surface of the cupcakes can be decorated in different ways - I just sprinkled with powdered sugar.
  15. The cupcakes turned out soft, porous, with a light vanilla flavor, sweet and very tasty!
